Book a call at least 2 weeks before your desired start date to discuss your vision, goals, and timeline. We’ll recommend the right number of intensive days for your project.

Instantly reserve your dates, agree to the Terms of Service, and pay your 50% deposit in one step. You’ll automatically get a Welcome email with access to your Prep Work Portal. It’s recommended that you schedule your Intensive Day(s) 2-3 weeks ahead so you have plenty of time to complete the prep work.

Using the step-by-step guides and resources in the Prep Work Portal, you’ll be set up for a smooth, productive Intensive. You’ll schedule and join your pre-intensive kickoff call about a week before your Intensive Day, so we can review and align.

On your Glowup Intensive Day(s), we’ll focus entirely on your project for 8 hours between 9am- 5pm, with quick check-ins for feedback and alignment. The quicker you respond the smoother the day will go!
At the end of your Intensive Day(s), you’ll have time to send any final feedback. After hours, I will make your edits.
Then, after a thorough quality check, I will record some training videos, and transfer everything to you by 9am the following morning. -
Once you receive your wrap-up e-mail, you’ll get 1 hour of post-intensive revisions, making any necessary tweaks, and then you’ll have 14 days of post-intensive e-mail support, so you’re never left hanging.

We recommend booking 3 days to achieve the full transformation of our Glow 2 Grow Signature Method. No matter how many days you end up needing, the more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish. My process is designed for maximum efficiency, and you’ll always leave 12x better than when you came in.

You don’t need to be glued to your screen, but you should be available for quick feedback via Whatsapp. This helps us keep momentum and make decisions and updates in real time. I often send Loom videos and screenshots to show the progress throughout the day so you can see updates and let me know if we’re on the right track.
